
Have you ever let yourself down? Have you ever abandoned your own self or felt like you left yourself behind? I have! It’s a terrible feeling not to be your own best friend or not love yourself or even know HOW to love yourself! Be encouraged because restoration, healing and a new beginning is possible. You just have to see it!

Even if you feel defeated, having a vision for what you want is powerful. Maybe you feel like you just don’t have it in you, let me assure you that you DO! Broken crayons, still color! Maybe you feel stagnant and just want something different or something more. It really doesn’t matter. All that matters is that in order to bring change, you have to do something different. If you want to experience something new, you might have to DO something new!
This change you desire might be a vision for self growth, your family, your job or business, or your health and fitness. Just know, if you can see it and YOU believe it, you can do it. Having a vision for something may begin with a simple desire for something. You don’t even need to know how to do it to have the vision! That will come! You don’t even need people around you who believe in your vision or you (although it helps). Sometimes, you may have to do it alone and that’s ok! If you have a good reason WHY you want or need to do something, it doesn’t matter who believes in you as long as YOU believe in you!

I’ve tackled a lot of things in my life. One of the hardest was losing 70 pounds and even harder was transforming my body with fitness. It encompassed physical and mental challenges. I began it by myself and although I failed at it most of my life, I never gave up. It’s easy to say things about it being on the other side of things now but I still have goals! I’ve learned a lot. There was plenty of doubt through it all, but once I found my deepest reason why I NEEDED to do it, everything changed. I also found a community of support along the way, which also changed everything. If you don’t have support, get support! Get the RIGHT support that fits YOU! – A coach, a counselor, a partner, a friend. It isn’t absolutely necessary but it does matter!
